Effective September 2020, we are excited to announce that all Uolo products (excluding clearance/end of life products) are covered under the Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Under this new warranty policy, your customers’ purchases on any Uolo products are covered for the lifetime of the Uolo products with a minimum of 1 year from the date of purchase. With a valid proof of purchase, your customers can either claim for a warranty replacement from your store (RS Shop will credit you for the defective unit by following our regular RMA process), or they can submit a warranty claim directly on the Uolo Online website for a free replacement (shipping & handling fee will apply in this case). With this new Limited Lifetime Warranty, not only will it give your customers peace of mind when purchasing and using Uolo products, but also provides all your sales staff with more confidence to promote and sell Uolo products, in addition to its consumer friendly prices, great margins, and premium quality.
Uolo retail packaging is being gradually updated to include this new warranty info with the newly arrived stock. For your current stock of all active Uolo SKU’s with old warranty retail packaging, they will also be honored under the new Limited Lifetime Warranty policy.
